Chris is an experienced consultant and accredited government adviser, specialising in strategic planning, leadership support, elected member development, community based initiatives, performance management and community safety. He has extensive experience of working at a senior level with LSPs, area based initiatives, councils, police authorities and regional government offices.
Chris is an experienced facilitator providing training for neighbourhood groups, police authorities, local councils, and local strategic partnerships. He acts as a mentor and adviser to a range of senior neighbourhood renewal practitioners and local authority executive officers and has facilitated ‘whole systems’ problem solving using interactive consultation mechanisms such as Appreciative Inquiry.
Previously Chris was a senior consultant with Crime Concern and prior to that a youth inclusion manager with NACRO. He has over 30 years experience of working with communities, and has also run a national faith based youth support consultancy.
