Lucy is an experienced Associate Consultant whose background has centred on project and programme management and development across several of our key project areas.
As one of our lead consultants in the management and development of our Routes to Employment Programmes, Lucy has been working with us across the expansion of this work since 2008. She currently programme manages our provision across Hackney and Barnet, with the Hackney Works and Grahame Park WorkFinder projects which assist hard to reach groups back into the labour market through personalised advice & guidance, training, and access to employers.
Previously Lucy has worked for several of Renaisi’s key clients, including LB Waltham Forest, LB Tower Hamlets and LB Hackney. From 2005-2008, Lucy formed part of our interim management team for Hackney’s 2012 Unit, where she had responsibility for the development of the Volunteering strategy and programme, including The Personal Best pilot, and the development of the schools programme. From there Lucy moved over to the Hackney Learning Trust where she project managed the 2012 “Schools at the Heart” programme.
Lucy has carried out various other tasks at Renaisi including project development, management, audit and appraisal, and worked across various funding programmes including NRF, SRB, NDC and ESF.
Lucy has a BA in Sociology from the University of Sheffield (1999) began her regeneration career in 2000 at the Leeds Regeneration Partnership Unit, working on SRB programmes across the city.
