Renaisi was appointed to manage an LDA Opportunities Fund project in Ilford to provide business support and training project on behalf of Ilford Town Centre Management Ltd. The project, aimed at improving the area’s retail offer, training town centre employees and supporting residents into employment, was made up of multiple strands delivered by eight partner organisations. Renaisi was responsible for monitoring and financial management of the delivery partners as well as preparing all programme information for submission to the LDA. Renaisi encouraged joint working between partner organisations and improved coordination and information sharing.
