Invest in Hackney, the Renaisi managed inward investment agency for the Borough, designed and delivered a high profile visioning event showcasing the range of planned developments that will shape the Borough over the next 10-20 years. The exhibitions included DVDs, ‘fly-throughs’ on computers, and scale models providing visitors with a range of visual and interactive ways of experiencing many of the most important developments in the pipeline, including cutting edge office developments, state-of-the-art schools, ambitious housing schemes, new hotels and transport infrastructure. The exhibition and publicity materials were produced with the aid of local architects and designers and enabled local people to catch a glimpse of their future environment and offer their thoughts and fears to decision makers and planners.
