We are in business to bring about positive neighbourhood change and improve the lives and prospects of disadvantaged communities. To that end we are committed to measuring the impact of the hundreds of projects that we deliver in neighbourhoods across the country as well as continually reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of the wide range of services that we provide to our clients, and investment in our staff.
Our business activities and impact have been assessed against a set of qualification criteria, which is overseen by an independent Certification Panel of the Social Enterprise Coalition. Our award of the Social Enterprise Mark demonstrates that we are in business purely to use our profits to build a better society – whether that’s moving people into work or helping to reduce household poverty.
We are currently in the process of developing a new in-house framework to measure our collective social impact and intend to publish our findings in an annual Impact Report. We will shortly upload our performance for the last financial year.
