Renaisi has a dedicated marketing and communications unit, which specialises in public affairs, PR, stakeholder and community engagement and corporate communications  across the inward investment, regeneration, planning and property fields.

Examples of the unit's work includes the development and management of marketing and communications solutions for over 9 neighbourhood regeneration programmes and other community projects across London including in Hackney, Islington, Newham, Greenwich, Luton, Croydon, Enfield and Southwark.
