Public Service Delivery

With the public sector cuts becoming a reality - smarter more efficient ways of providing essential services for local people has become a necessity. The soon to be published Public Sector Reform White Paper is expected to outline the Coalition Government's plans to modernise public services and decentralise power. This includes opening up public services to a range of providers including private sector companies, social enterprises and charitable organisations, as well as delivering services at the lowest possible level with communities as co-investors and collaborators in finding better outcomes for themselves.  We firmly believe that services that enlist users as participants are more likely to unlock user-led innovation, which is why promoting participation is at the core of Renaisi's public service operations.

Whether its delivering services to help people back into work or helping to join up and improve mainstream provision at a neighbourhood level, we work with users and local providers to help them visualise and shape the services they want - thus driving efficiency and delivering better outcomes for all.
