Hackney Council commissioned Clive Tritton as Interim Head of Regeneration in 2008 for an initial period of 6 months. Clive, Renaisi’s Director of Employment and Enterprise, led on Hackney’s work in relation to employment initiatives in conjunction with the Olympics division and Team Hackney, business support, town centre regeneration and development of the visitor economy. Working with the planning authority, Clive oversaw the development of a Regeneration Delivery Plan, geared towards implementing the policies established in the Council’s Core Strategy.
Clive has long experience of providing support to the Borough having managed the Invest in Hackney initiative for a number of years and, more recently, providing advice in relation to legacy issues arising out of the 2012 Olympics development.
