Research & learning
I manage a number of large-scale, multi-stakeholder client projects for Renaisi’s impact and evaluation team, with a particular focus on working with funders. I specialise in using data analysis for programme improvement as well as the development of outcomes frameworks and theories of change.
My experience and skills
My clients at Renaisi have included Paul Hamlyn Foundation, the Power to Change Trust, Trust for London, Money Advice Service, the Prince’s Trust and the Reading Agency. I also lead on the evaluation of Renaisi’s own RISE programme, supporting refugees into sustainable employment. I enjoy developmental approaches to evaluation, using our analysis and insight to help to shape a programme as it is delivered, and ensuring that evaluation findings are meaningful for a range of different stakeholders.
I am experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as designing data collection and management systems. Prior to my role at Renaisi I was a member of the Management Team at a growing social enterprise, supporting them to set up an impact analysis system.
I have an MSc in Public Policy from UCL, and a BA in History from the University of Oxford.
As well as being an evaluation nerd, I enjoy exploring my home city (London) and coming up with ideas for books that I may one day write.
