As Head of Learning, Alice leads Renaisi’s internal learning to improve our services and inform our approach, as well as our learning partner contracts with consultancy clients. Her specialism is working with funders to help them learn, improve and adapt their funding programmes for the social sector.

Alice is an experienced mixed methods researcher and project manager. Her clients at Renaisi have included the National Lottery Community Fund, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, City Bridge Trust, Power to Change Trust and Money Advice Service.

Prior to joining Renaisi Alice worked as a researcher and evaluation specialist for a social enterprise. She is also a Trustee of Stepney City Farm, a community business with a café, events space, rural arts centre and volunteering programme.
