What makes us unique is the fact that we combine two things in one business: we deliver employment support, advice, connection and engagement services to individuals and we help social organisations, charities and institutions to deliver greater impact through our consultancy services.

We currently deliver five employment programmes across 15 boroughs in London and are funded by multiple public bodies and private organisations. The achievement of performance-related outcomes relies heavily on our ability to provide evidence relating to these outcomes.

The purpose of our Employment Programmes is to assist hard to reach communities back into the labour market by providing individuals with direction through a specially designed menu of services. These services include engagement, diagnostic assessment, employability skills, advice and guidance, signposting to specialist provision and short vocational courses, jobsearch, assistance with interviews, and in work support.

We’re looking to expand our team of Programme Managers

To help us retain and grow our high quality, successful provision we are seeking a proactive and committed Programme Manager to join our team.

The purpose of the Programme Manager role is to manage the daily operations of the employment programmes, including line management of Employment Advisers, Outreach Officers and Administrators to deliver an excellent quality service to participants, assisting them to overcome barriers to work and move them closer to the labour market.  The Programme Manager will be responsible for the achievement of targets and outcomes for the duration of the project, as well as quality and compliance KPIs and performance reporting to our funders.  To be successful in the role, the right candidate will have extensive experience of performance management along with excellent organisational and communication skills. Vacancies on our current contracts include:

  • Southwark Works – assisting Southwark residents who are either long-term unemployed (12 months+) or aged 50+
  • Central London Works/Work and Health Programme – supporting long-term unemployed (12 months+) or health barriers into work in Lambeth and Hackney
  • Inspiring Families – supporting individuals and families with complex barriers to employment including health, criminal offences and homelessness in Haringey, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge and Enfield
  • Journey to Work – supporting individuals over the age of 40 into employment from Lambeth, Southwark, Wandsworth & Lewisham

As much as we’re looking for someone with the relevant skills, knowledge and experience, we are also looking for someone who wants to make a difference to communities, organisations and places. We’re passionate about that and you’ll need to be too!
