Call for Workspace Providers – Expression of Interest – Refugees into Sustainable Employment

Renaisi is a leading, award winning Social Enterprise delivering a range of programmes and services to its clients in the public and private sectors in London and the South East. We have recently been awarded a three-year contract through The Big Lottery & European Social Fund (ESF) Building Better Opportunities programme to deliver ‘RISE’ (Refugees into Sustainable Employment) across ten North & East London Boroughs.

As part of our RISE project, we are delivering a range of training and workshop activities designed to help refugees gain confidence, learn work and language skills, and aid integration. We are looking for organisations across the RISE delivery boroughs which have workspaces available for rent.

We are looking for competitively priced workspaces in the following 10 locations:

  1. Hackney
  2. Tower Hamlets
  3. Newham
  4. Redbridge
  5. Havering
  6. Barking & Dagenham
  7. Greenwich
  8. Enfield
  9. Haringey
  10. Waltham Forest

The duration of the project is from April 2017 – December 2019 and the maximum amount of funding available for workspace provision is around £33,000.

What kind of workspaces are we looking for?

  • Meeting rooms that can fit between 10 -15 people
  • Open plan deskspace
  • 1:2:1 rooms (for confidential interviews)
  • ICT suites

All the workspaces must be DDA compliant and contain the following assets:

  • Wifi
  • Printers
  • Phone lines

Our RISE project started in April 2017 and runs until December 2019 and we have a dedicated budget available for workspace. If you have a suitable space available, we’d love to hear from you. All we need you to do is:
