Get involved in our programme and help refugees into employment

RISE (refugees into sustainable employment) is an employment service designed specifically for refugees. It is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund through the Building Better Opportunities programme.

Renaisi developed RISE in close collaboration with a number of partners, including refugee community organisations, as well as members of refugee communities.

We are working with a wide range of organisations to help provide RISE participants with the support they need to find employment. If you are working with refugees and asylum seekers and want to find new ways to support them, get in touch.
